Is this your first time here?
For most users, the username and password are the same as your TRIS credentials. If you do not have a TRIS Login (Respite Care Providers, KSTEP Users, students taking PCWCP courses who are new, etc.), please submit a helpdesk request for assistance.
If you do have a TRIS account and need assistance with your login information, please see below:
- If you are a child care provider, you will need to visit the ECE-TRIS site and either select "recover username" or "reset password."
- If you are a foster parent with DCBS, you will need to visit the First-Visit portal page and follow the steps to retrieve your account.
- If you are a foster parent or staff member with a private agency, you should visit the DCBS-TRIS site and follow the instructions under "I forgot my username and/or password."
- If you are DCBS staff or another community partner, you should visit the DCBS-TRIS site and follow the instructions under "I forgot my username and/or password."
Once you have updated your password, you will be able to log in. For all other issues or if you still need assistance, please use the helpdesk button, and someone will be in contact with you as soon as possible. Please complete the helpdesk request entirely and accurately.
